Pricing Information

We currently provide services within the London, UK (zones 1-3) area, and also in a Personal Shopping Mail Order capacity in the following cities:  Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Seattle, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Paris.

Hourly

We are available whenever you need a helping hand at an hourly rate of £35.

Purchasing blocks of time at a preferred rate:
10 hours time block....................£29 per hour
15 hours time block....................£25 per hour

Pet care services:

£20 per visit for cats

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Service

Hourly rate ... £15 per hour

Special Services

We are happy to assist on separately agreed terms for special bespoke projects.

Office Hours

Monday to Saturday.....................8am to 7pm 

We are happy to help with any tasks required outside of these hours at an hourly rate of £45.

Gift Vouchers

Zentime gift vouchers have a 6 months expiry from the date of issue and can be redeemed as a credit to the Invoice.

Payment

A deposit prior to rendering service may apply to some requests and pre-payment by a major credit card will be needed for third party expenses such as food shopping, car hire and holiday bookings, etc.

We will gratefully accept cheque, electronic transfer, and Maestro, Visa, Mastercard via Paypal.  All prices are quoted in British Sterling Pounds (£).

Cancellation

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation of service.
